This 2400 sq ft. home was built (2006) to US standards and renovated in the fall of 2009. The home includes A/C, 5 ceiling fans, screens, a modern/well equipped kitchen, Satellite Color 29" TV, a spacious terrace, outdoor BBQ and more. The private pool has a palm roof
