We have a fulltime caretaker and are located on the beach in a quiet residential neighborhood, in the exclusive Northend, one mile north of the bohemian surf town of Santa Teresa. This 2400 sq ft. home was built (2006) to US standards and renovated in the fall of 2009. The home includes A/C, 5 ceiling fans, screens, a modern/well equipped kitchen, Satellite Color 29" TV, a spacious terrace, outdoor BBQ and more. The private pool has a palm roof
palapa, small deck with chaise lounges & an outdoor shower,  surrounded by a spacious, yet private, mature tropical garden, just a short walk to the white sandy beaches and spectacular tropical sunsets
