The White House, Playa Hermosa

The White House, located in front of the beach in the very tranquil Playa Hermosa, offers a few choices of luxury depending your party size and preference.  This is a new complex, with construction finishing in 2009, boasting all of the amenities of a true luxurious experience.
 
The main house (the White House), is approximately 3000 sq ft with a private infinity swimming pool, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a separate media room (which can be used as a 4th bedroom for kids).  It is literally on the beach and has its own volleyball court.  In addition, there are 2 Villas, both 2 bedrooms and 2 bath, just steps away from the white sand beach.  All three houses are equipped to full American standards with good sized refrigerators, a full stove, full kitchen equipment, a BBQ, towels & blankets.  There is 24 hour security at the property, a daily maid service, and high speed wireless internet & satellite TV in both the house & the villas.  All three houses are fully air conditioned

Vista Real, Mal Pais

The main house encompasses four bedrooms in total.
The first level of the house has an open social area with family TV –living room, large dining room and extra large and comfortable gourmetkitchen. This level encompasses two bedrooms; one with two queen sizebeds, one sofa bed, walk-in closet and bathroom, this bedroom has doors that connect to the magnificent garden and the swimming pool. The otherbedroom of the first floor has a queen size bed, shower and access tothe pool terrace. The second level of the house has an extra largemaster bedroom with king size bed, walk-in closet, enormous master bathroom with shower, Jacuzzi and a private terrace to enjoy the sunsets every afternoon. This floor has another large bedroom with king size bed, private terrace, closet area and nice bathroom with shower. A baby crib and a high chair are provided for the little members of the family.
Thanks to the wide windows and their orientation, natural illumination is abundant, taking full advantage of the panoramic view to themountains and the beaches.


The guest house has an open floor plan offering a full size bed, 2 twin size beds and two large couches which can be used for teen to sleep and accommodate extra people. The guest house has 1 bathroom. The exterior areas of the house offers beautiful manicured gardens, 6 hectares of private forest to preserve the nature and views around the property, swimming pool with Jacuzzi and waterfall, ample terrace with ocean views, BBQ ranch and outside diner area.

• Weekly rates from $2,000 to $4,300.

• Peak time weekly rates from $5,000 to $6,000.
